Self Improvement
On our way to any success, whether it's success with our finances, or relationships, our physical fitness or in our self improvement for that matter, many of us do not reach that ultimate goal. Why? We fail to clearly identify exactly what we want. That's exactly the reason why we don't get what we want. We don't clearly know and even if we do, it's usually just stated as a wish. Someday, we'll go on that vacation honey. Well, at least that guy knew what he wanted. But saying that you'll do something someday, is weak. Anyhow, I'll get into that more in my next article. Today, I want to focus o......

Self-improvement is the key to success in many areas of our lives. I wanted to share my experiences and what I do for mentally preparing myself for peak performance. What is mental preparation? Mental preparation is about visualizing a specific situation you want to create, exactly the way you want to create it, and mentally âgoing through the motionsâ to increase the probability that you will get your desired outcome. How can we accomplish this? Here are the steps I follow: 1. I Write out specifically and exactly what I want to accomplish. 2. I get myself in a peak performance state by ch......
Self Improvement
What an important question! Why is self-improvement so important in creating life long success? I mean, it goes without saying, but can you really achieve life long success in any area of your life, without first understanding what your current actions are giving you? If your day-to-day actions are not producing the results that would make your life a success, by your terms, what needs to change? If we are the ones that produce the results in our lives, and I believe we absolutely control that destiny, wouldn't we need self-improvement first before our life improves? The law of correspondence ......

Happy New Year to you! A new year has begun today. Many of us think of the new year as a time to change our focus and get back on track on actions we did not take the year before. These actions probably include going on a diet, saving more money, taking a closer look at our finances, looking for a job and doing some stuff around the house that we have been putting off. I was thinking about this and asked myself, do we really need to wait for a new year to begin to commit to taking actions we should have been taking all along? Why did we allow ourselves to get caught up doing things at times th......
Self Improvement
As we begin on our journey to fulfill our desires, I believe we will need to fully understand what we love to do the most, in the form of service, or work. We often see television interviews or read newspaper articles about people that are extremely successful in a certain area. This extreme level of success manifested from passion and desire. To me, passion and desire are the driving force of achievement. Without it, the chance that we will give up or procrastinate greatly increases to the point where our goals will seem unattainable. When goals seem unattainable, most of us give up and ......

Self talk makes the difference in the endA good friend of mine had a goal to achieve a page one ranking on Google for the key word “nutritional supplements.” He developed a blog from scratch and after a few weeks had passed, he gave up. I asked him what stopped him from achieving the goal? He said, “It will take too long and besides, I don’t know if I can do it. Who wants to take advice and buy products from me. I don’t have any credibility.”

I was stunned. Here was someone that obviously wanted a result and yet, could not take action. Why? He had some negative programs. Programs? Another way to describe programs is by the words rituals or habits. The terminology I’ll use here is programs. What are programs and how do they get installed? Well, it’s not quite like the movie The Matrix, if you get the picture?  Programs are conditioned responses that we have to stimuli in our environment. How did they get installed? One example would be our parents. We often tend to follow our parents programs.  Where did our parents get those programs? Yes, from space aliens. Well, although we sometimes thought they did, not really. They got them from their parents and the surrounding environment. It was from listening to other peoples responses to situations a how they felt about them. It was from a conglomeration of different people’s values and belief systems experienced over and over again. These experiences occurred so often, that they were embedded in our nervous systems and now run similar to a computer program.

Does this sound familiar? Do you have some negative programs holding you back from reaching your goals? How can you change them? One answer is positive self talk. What is  self talk? Self talk is a new language or program that you can install through repetition to diminish the old negative programs. How does it work? It works through listening to a recorded self talk audio that was scientifically designed. This has been proven to replace negative programs with positive ones like high self esteem, better quality of living and better health and fitness. Yes, I did say scientific. Self talk is scientifically proven to work and is transforming peoples lives! By listening to them passively, you start to reprogram your old, negative programs. The more you listen to and act from the positive programs, the older negative ones begin to diminish and fade away.

So, getting back to my friend. I recommended a series of self talk audio’s to him and in just a few days, he got back on his horse and is working towards achieving his goal. What made the difference? He was able to see things differently and realized that he was just making excuses.  Not surprising that seeing a situation positively can make the difference between taking action and not taking action.  And this is the benefit of using positive self talk for self improvement.
