What destiny are your programs taking you to?How can we control our mental programs to ensure we can create the destiny we desire? Can this even be accomplished? Thankfully, the answer is  yes! We can control our mental programs. Our life’s destiny is directed by our mental programs. By having mental programs that support us, we can create virtually anything we want in our lives, within reason, as well as facilitate the realization of a destiny of choice.

“I’ll never succeed”. “I’m not very good at that”. “I can never get things done!”. Do you recall ever saying those things to yourself?  Furthermore, are those also the results that you produce? We have said these things to ourselves so many times, that we installed them into our nervous systems like a computer program. Now when faced with a situation similar to ones in the past, our response is automatic! And guess what, this is what controls our destinies.

This is the most important point to take away from this. Our current programs are creating the results in our lives.

What causes this? The law of cause and effect states that all causes have an effect. In this case, negative programs would be the cause and the negative results are the effect.

Can you think of someone that just can’t get it right? Take a look at what they say to themselves and to others. That’s a good way to identify the programs someone might have.

Do you know people that always seem to be happy and living a great life? You can be certain that those people have the kinds of programs that are leading them to succeed in their lives.

Therefore, to create positive results in our lives, we have to change the programs that are consistently giving us the results we do not want and replace them with positive programs.

Changing our programs is possible and the easiest and most effective way scientifically proven to work, is by the method known as self-talk.

Why can we change our programs? The answer is that we have the mental capacity. Our minds, like our home computer, have the ability to store programs. However with our mind, the programs we use the most are the ones that dominate the results we are getting in life. The best thing we have discovered about this, is that when we stop using negative programs and begin to take action on positive programs, the old negative programs wither away and the new positive programs will begin to dominate with repetitive use.

How can we change our programs? The easiest and most effective method for creating the mental programs we want is self-talk.

Self-talk is a way of replacing old, negative programs that work against us, with healthy new programs that work for us. Self-talk involves listening to scientifically designed, positive language, specific to successful beliefs we need to have to be successful.  As in learning a new language, self-talk must be repeated frequently until the old programs begin to diminish. The length of time found to be needed to replace old negative programs with new ones, is within the range of 21-30 days.

As you can see, changing our programs is possible. The easiest and most effective way scientifically proven to change our current negative mental programs is the method known as self-talk.  By the law of cause and effect, the newly acquired positive programs will begin to positively impact our life’s destiny.

Finally, we can change the direction of our life’s destiny, by changing and replacing negative programs with programs that will empower us to act in the way that will cause us to succeed.  We can control our lives when we begin to replace all these old programs that we didn’t want in the first place. Begin today by identifying some programs that have held you back in the past. Decide to take action and move yourself in a new, positive direction. You can take control of your life – and create a destiny of choice.
